HB 587 Lead ARPA Funding Bill Introduced!

HB 587 seeks critical investments in primary prevention activities
that will help to protect children from lead poisoning. HB 587 dedicates $440 million in funding to the Department of Development for lead worker activities, Department of Health for the Child Lead Poisoning Prevention Fund, and Department of Medicaid for the SCHIP Lead Program and makes the state lead tax credit refundable.
